I told you right that I'm an uber driver now 😁.
Well, my first experience driving uber a week ago wasn't good enough. Lack of preparations totally immersed myself into panic.So I went back home to do homework & learnt to operate uber apps holistically.
Jan 19, was my second trials and I must say it was a good experience though. God sent me down all the nice people to be my passengers. My first two passengers were foreigners, one from Kerala, India and the other one from Shanghai, China. They were on business trip, to be accurate visiting their business here. Being a multi racial country, I can't see why they shouldn't seize that opportunity while the market is wide open for them. I wish to have my own business too here in my home country that can be expanded globally.
Back to uber, the plan was to pick up around mainland but accidentally one of my passengers destination was going to Islands. Here where I made money from uber. Dollar gets you more to reach farther destinations. Hey, I even get tips from one of my customers. I told him not to but he insisted me to accept the money for good service. Well, do I have rights to say no...definitely not yeah 😁.
Earnings seemed non stop when you reach islands, where the demand is high. I don't even have to wait for new request as it keeps coming whenever you confirmed trip completed. Contrary to mainland, the waiting period varied from 15 minutes to an hour. So now I know where & when to uber for big money.
Since I'm in a good momentum, I've been uber for 3 consecutive days with total earnings over RM100. I guess that's not bad for part-time uber driver. I also discovered new situations daily that makes me a good uber driver though. Learn from your mistakes and improve your service, that will guarantee good ratings.
